This is the Correction Editor. In supervisor mode you can modify the TIMEDUE, CYCDUE or DATEDUE fields. The highlight bar physically needs to reside on one of the DUE items. Press the key combination and you can change the contents of this field.

Warning: This method is only used for fixing screw ups. It should not arbitrarily be used because no history tracking is recording. If you modify a DUE field then you should go into the history log and modify the fields required to keep the record up to date.
