Location Index

Selecting this index [CTRL-F3] will rearrange (index) all records according to their locating in stock. This implies (if you use some logical sequencing) that you should be able to go from the first bin box all the way to the last and follow the parts in sequence. What good is this? Inventory counts, reconciliations, quick checks, you name it. The following sequencing has always worked for me.

Parts Shelf 1 is A

Parts Shelf 1, row 1, is 1

Parts Shelf 1, row 1, box 1, is A

This gives a location of A1A - The next bin box would be A2A and the next shelf down, second box would be A2B

Realistically, any method that your comfortable with will probably work fine
