Material Usage

This menu option [ALT-M] has two possibilities. The first option is Open Mainframe data. It’s purpose is to provide you a printable list of all the parts you have used that needs to be entered into the Mainframe in Wichita. This list will have quite a bit of information on it. You have the option of looking\printing the list by aircraft or by all items. The printable list provides all the information necessary to comply with the requirements of the screen (via Softerm). After you have entered all the data you will go back into this section and press the [INS] key to move the part(s) to the closed usage section. An entry will be generated in the Journal indicating what you have done. This is also available sequentially via the ALT-J tracker.

The other option you have is to select the Closed Material Usage. This list is also aircraft adjustable as well as all. You will basically get a neat ordered list showing everything that you have charged out (since you installed this program).
