Publication Inventory

Publications will be maintained (compliance) via BDM. This file is made up of the following fields:

PN - This will be the Part Number of the Publication

DATE - This will be the date the Last Revision (LREV) was applied

LREV - The Latest Revision Number

USER - Who applied the revision (badge number)

QTY - How many of these pubs are on hand

LOC - Where is this publication located

For every pub that you maintain add a row to the file and fill it out. Updating this information will allow Madison to have the ability to monitor the status of your pubs.
