The Field Service Report is designed for you (and the office) to track FSR’s. Sequencing is per the operations procedure manual (YY-BASE-00001). When you enter the FSR table press the [ENTER] key to initiate a new report or work on a new one. Fill in the blanks just like you did manually with the old form. All fields have help enabled. To print the report press [F2] and select a printer (Desk Jet - Default, or Laser Jet) and then print the report. You will need to print a couple of copies. One will ship with the part and one will go into your FSR hard copy binder.
If you wish to have the FROM: field and address information filled in for you go to the BDM.INI file and add the following topic and lines

l1=This is the first line
l2=This is the second line
l3=This is the third line
An Example:

l1=L-3 Vertex Aerospace

l3=Anywhere, USA 21212-000
Each line is limited to 40 characters. If you enter more they will be truncated.
