Pressing [CTRL-ENTER] provides us the Natural order view. This view does not automatically provide the ascending columnar DUE relationship but does present the information as it was created by ATA order. All functions available to this function are available in the ENTER-Indexed Edit mode. This mode (CTRL-ENTER) is best suited for initial entry items because the records will not rearrange themselves automatically. That is, when you edit an item the records will not go to a new position in the file. This makes editing from a list easy.

 

 

The basic available options are:

F2        Print the report 

F7        Delete the current record 

ENTER     Record Editor 

ALT-A     Accomplished log/editor 

ALT-C     Correction Editor 

ALT-F     Query/Find 

ALT-G     Field Edit 

ALT-H     Record Help/Information 

ALT-R     Record Generator 

ALT-F1/F3 Column locks 1-3
