Base 2 Base Rename Utility

Starting this program option prompts the user for a suggestion to backup the data files before proceeding. This utility will rename all site specific files to a new location/base number. Backing up the files protects the information in-case something terrible went wrong (has not happened yet) during the rename. The Utility is now internal to BDM. It is activated with a special argument on the command line. If you need to change your base number then contact me at my email for information on the switch. This utility must be run exclusively. You cannot have another copy running at the same time. If you do a file failure will (probably) result. This is the reason that you make a back up copy of your data before proceeding.
