The ACPS (Aircraft Contract Performance System) is run anytime you desire-usually once a day. It is accessed with the key combination [ALT-F10]. Only current field site data is analyzed. The report is generated as a text file.  If you have an external editor defined in your BDM.INI file then you can print it. Every aircraft in your SHARK.DBF (ACMASTER for Administration) is bounced against the aircraft under your care. The following defaults are used.

FMC (30 day) rolling average - If required the FMC rate will use the previous months records (status report) to derive the Fully Mission Capable rate value. If any NRT has been used then a percentage (62.5) will be used instead of 15 hours. The defaults used are projected from a daily average.

PMC (30 day) rolling average - If required the PMC rate will use the previous months records (status report) to derive the Partially Mission Capable rate value. If any NRT has been used then a percentage (25) will be used instead of 6 hours. The defaults used are projected from a daily average

NMC (30 day) rolling average - if required the NMC rate will use the previous months records (status report) to derive the Not Mission Capable rate value. If any NRT has been used then a percentage (15) will be used instead of 3.6 hours. The defaults used are projected from a daily average

Mission Capable Rate (Active month) - This is the MC/OR rate for the current month.

Repeat discrepancy (180 days) quantity - If more than 1 repeat discrepancies are entered on the Aircraft Discrepancies report then the report will flag it as such.

Discrepancy (180 days) with same ATA - If the ACPS detects any write-up within 180 days with the same ATA code the report will flag it. It is important to note that the report will not tell you which ATA code was duplicated. If you want to find out more use the Aircraft Discrepancy switch in Shark Bait.

Repeat (180 days) part usage quantity - If the ACPS detects any part number used more than once within 180 days for the same aircraft the report will flag it. It is important to note that the report will not tell you which part number was duplicated. If you want to find out more information use the Aircraft Discrepancy switch in Shark Bait.

Minor Discrepancy (180 days) correction delays - The ACPS will evaluate minor discrepancies. The number entered here will be the discrepancy with the greatest number of days. It will be flagged if 30 days has passed with no correction.

NMC OCONUS (180 days 13 item) discrepancy delays - This flag is based off a 13 item avionics list. We have 10 days to correct this type of item. You will get a flag if the item is past 1 day. In essence, you will get a flag for any of the 13 items.

NMC CONUS (180 days 13 item) discrepancy delays - This flag is based off a 13 item avionics list. We have 5 days to correct this type of item. You will get a flag if the item is past 1 day. In essence, you will get a flag for any of the 13 items.
