Sent Faxes

For every faxed order that BDM creates and sends (successfully) there will be a corresponding fax document available for your disposal. They are numerically sequenced and will run from 1 to 99 before starting over. The document is titled REQUEST.001 for the first, REQUEST.002 for the seconds and so forth. From this utility you can open the file look at it and print it if that is what you want to do. The utility is a basic file manager with all the regular functions. This option is chosen with the key sequence [F10].

To Rename or delete a file requires supervisor access.
