Selecting this item [ALT-P] will bring up a pick list. The three options are: Incoming transactions, Outgoing transactions, and All packing/trans data. All of the options allow you to select items by aircraft or everything. 

 

The list returned is sorted in descending order. That is, the most recent transaction will be at the top of the list. Displayed data is windowed for the last 18 months.
