Site Personnel Data

When you select this option [CTRL-F6] you will get a list box with your assigned bases. Highlight the base you want to view and press [ENTER]. A table will be presented or created. Don’t modify any of this data as it will change whenever the site changes it. All you can really do is look at the list. Changing data results in the information going forward and then being replaced the very next day by the next upload from a site.

The table fields are as follows:

LNAME - Last Name

FNAME - First Name

EMP - Employee Number

POS - Position or Title

AIR - *Airframe certificate?

PWR - *Powerplant certificate?

IA - *Inspection Authorization?

FCC - *Federal Communication Commission license?

PHONE - Home Phone number

HDATE - Hire date

CBEG - **Contract Begin

CEND - **Contract End

* - True or False field entry

** - Overseas employees

As an RM it is your responsibility to ensure that the remote site keeps the data up to date.
